The One With private sessions are for Deeksha/Blessing givers who want to learn the art of experiencing or would like support in their practice in order to fully experience all charges and conditioning. Sri Bhagavan says “If you fully accept your suffering it becomes Joy and Happiness. All your life you are managing fear. To fully see, accept and experience what is happening on the inside and you can love it then the external will change. At first it can be painful to see who you really are, your fears, anger….jealousy is there, your terrible thoughts are there, of which you are ashamed and frightened to see and accept. If you will develop the courage to hold it as a new born baby, not justify it, not run away from it, then there is no wastage of energy, that energy is still, that energy is joy and happiness.”
